Power Puerto Rico with Tesla solar + batteries

After Hurricane Maria, Musk offered to rebuild Puerto Rico’s power grid using Tesla solar panels and Powerwalls.

Why the promise was broken:
Tesla did install some solar microgrids in hospitals and remote areas, but the full grid was not rebuilt. Promise partially fulfilled.
