After the Nobel snub, Trump says he need not think purely of peace

I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace

The promise

Trump sent Norway's prime minister a message linking his failure to receive the Nobel Peace Prize to his approach to international affairs. He said peace would remain predominant but that he could now focus on what he considered appropriate for the United States. The message also argued for complete American control of Greenland. Supporters could interpret it as a forceful statement that national interests should guide policy regardless of international recognition. Critics objected to linking territorial demands with a personal award grievance and noted that Norway's government does not award the prize. The Norwegian government confirmed that the message was received on January 18, although the exchange became public the following day.

How your vote counts
One answer per question, per promise
Your browser remembers your vote. Choosing another answer replaces the previous one instead of adding an extra vote. You can vote on other promises too.
Trust Index = Yes ÷ (Yes + No) × 100
A promise's confidence score uses its Yes and No votes. A public figure's score pools those votes across all their promises. Unsure is shown in the results but excluded from the score. With no Yes or No votes, the score is N/A.
A simple example
With 6 Yes, 4 No, and 2 Unsure votes, confidence is 60%: 6 ÷ 10. The result bars include all 12 votes, so the Yes bar shows 50%. Support and Oppose votes never enter this calculation.
Community confidence, open to change
These scores reflect participating visitors' opinions, not verified delivery or a representative poll. Votes stay open. Read the sources and update your answer as your view changes. Check the vote count alongside the percentage: a score based on a few votes can change quickly.
